I have been in the Fitness industry since the 80’s. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle have always been important to me for as long as I can remember. I have a love for life and try to have a positive outlook on everything. Life is too precious to waste not realizing your potential and living your dreams.

I believe in a holistic approach to fitness. We all need to live balanced lives, with lots of movement as well as good sleep and eating habits. If one of those areas is out of balance, everything goes out of whack.

Fitness has always been my passion. I have abundant energy, and I am very grateful for that gift. I truly believe that everyone can feel great and look great. Set a goal and then train for it, keep your eyes on the goal and focus on it. You can do it; you just need to believe you can.

I learned a long time ago that my success or failure as a trainer had very little to do with me. If my client succeeded I could take no more credit than I could take the blame for a client who failed. The difference between failure and success is the belief you have in yourself.

Let’s get one thing clear here, exercise isn’t easy. Motivating yourself to do your workout when the couch is calling you is hard work. If you want to be fit, if you want to feel better, if you want lots of energy, it comes at a price. You must put the hours in at the gym daily, you must eat healthy 80 percent of the time, you must find a good work balance and here is the kicker… you must do all of this for the rest of your life!  That is the true recipe for success.
How’s that for a sales gimmick? No false promises of quick weight loss or how I can change your life. No claims of how easy it is. No pill that will ‘melt the fat’ away. Just the truth. This is hard work… but you are worth every drop of sweat you invest into it.

I am empowering you to make the change; I will just be here to guide you.

It is up to you. All you have to do is believe and then you can achieve!
